GTA San Andreas pits you as a character named Carl Johnson. You start the game out riding a bicycle around the inner city streets of San Andreas. Instructions

2. Find a GTA San Andreas mod you wish to use. For example, the Biohazard mod makes the game have a strange nuclear meltdown appearance. Click "Download." Allow the download to complete.
3. Read the installation instructions. These vary based upon the website you use and the specific mod you wish to use. Generally, you will need to use a PS2 USB cable to link your computer and PS2. You will then transfer the mod using the cable and install it on your saved game data of GTA: San Andreas.
