Body fat is notoriously stubborn and can be hard to lose. Cardio can also be very time-consuming and inconvenient for people with little time to workout. People also struggle with combine their cardio on the same days that they lift. There’s an easy solution to all of this. The following treadmill routine is fast, efficient, destroys fat.
Instructions
Burn the Most Fat on a Treadmill
1. Begin by turning up the speed on the treadmill so that you’re walking briskly. Do this for a couple of minutes or so to warm up.
2. Once you feel loosened up and ready to go, turn up the speed until you’re jogging. Look at the clock or watch (or timer if the treadmill has one). Jog for 30 seconds.
3. Now turn up the speed and sprint for 30 seconds.
4. Lower the speed and jog for 30 seconds.
5. Sprint for 30 seconds
6. Jog for 30 seconds
7. Sprint for 30 seconds
8. Jog for 30 seconds
9. Sprint for 30 seconds
10. You’ve now completed a 4-minute cycle and are done.After you’ve done this workout a couple times and your body has adjusted, increase the cycle length slowly to 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes and so on.
