Drink a Gallon of Water a Day


Drinking a gallon of water a day may sound like excessive intake, but actually it is a low number. Health statistics show that drinking water actually helps our body to lose excess fat, aids in proper digestion and helps to rid the body of excess water. To enjoy significant results from drinking water, it is ideal to consume about a gallon of water per day.


Instructions


1. Drink 20 ounces of water immediately after getting out of bed. Keep a 20 ounce glass of water by the bed so that you can drink it immediately after waking. You can also fill the glass half with crushed ice cubes and half with water so that it melts during the night and you have semi-cold water in the morning.


2. Drink 12 ounces while having breakfast.


3. Drink 16 ounces 2 hours before lunch.


4. Drink 16 ounces while having lunch.


5. Drink 16 ounces 2 hours after lunch. You are over half way to drinking a gallon of water!


6. Drink 16 ounces 2 hours before dinner.


7. Drink 20 ounces while having dinner.


8. Drink 12 ounces two hours before going to bed. This will keep you from having to go to the bathroom all night long.
