1. Shop wherever you want. You don't have to spend a lot of money to get Hayley's style. Find clothes stores like at Forever 21, dELiA*s, Target, Hot Topic or thrift shops.
2. Wear bright colors. Match your red, orange and yellow hair if possible to create a dynamite rock star look. Buy cool fitted T-shirts with clever sayings or pictures on them and tight striped tank tops to layer.
3. Mix styles to create Hayley's wardrobe. Mix punk, 80s, girlie and anything else you want as long as it's colorful, tight and grabs attention. Wear a striped polo with cargo pants and boots, bright yellow skinny jeans or pink and orange tights with super short shorts.
