Exercise With Oxygen Therapy

Exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) is based on the belief that while exercise is excellent for building muscles and burning calories, it can actually cause a faster aging rate and increase in illnesses due to the oxygen expenditure versus intake. EWOT works by increasing the amount of pure oxygen taken in while exercising. It is a relatively easy and inexpensive option that may assist in improving health and longevity.

Instructions

EWOT

1. Obtain an oxygen generator that flows at 8 to 10 liters a minute at 90 to 95 percent pure. These can be found online or in medical supply stores. Ewot.com is a website that has a store specifically for this equipment.

2. Connect the tube with headset or oxygen mask to the generator. (This should come with the generator if you buy one specifically designed for EWOT.)

3. Put the mask or headset on your face. It should go to right below your nose.

4. Begin exercising on whatever stationary equipment you have chosen.

5. Exercise with EWOT at least three times a week, starting with 20 minutes and increasing the frequency and duration as you progress.
