Carry An Iphone While Running

Carrying your iPhone in your hand can be annoying, and even dangerous.

If you store your music on your iPhone, you may want to be able to take your iPhone when you go for a run. However, the iPhone can be cumbersome to carry in your hand, and it can be difficult to keep your earbuds in place as you swing your arms. Fortunately, many companies manufacture an armband specifically designed for carrying the iPhone while running. This armband straps securely onto your upper arm, and it keeps your iPhone locked in place while providing you access to the screen for navigating through your music.

Instructions

1. Purchase an armband for your iPhone from your local athletic shop, the Apple Store or an online retailer. Look for an armband with sturdy material so your sweat will not damage your phone and the band will not slide down your arm as you run.

2. Slide your iPhone into the secure pouch, and fasten it in place if necessary. Some bands use Velcro, but most have an upper flap which keeps the iPhone in place.

3. Set your iPhone on your upper arm so it is facing outward. Bring the longer strap around under your arm, and slide it through the hook on the other side. Tighten the band so it will not fall down, but not so much that it cuts off your circulation. Fold the strap back on itself and press the two Velcro sides together firmly.

4. Jog in place for a moment to ensure the armband will not slip or loosen.
