Paying your Marathon bill online eliminates the need for paper statements.
The Marathon Oil Corporation produces gasoline, lubricants, oil and other petrochemical products for worldwide consumer and industrial markets. Most consumers know the company as the owner of Marathon and Speedway gas stations found throughout the American Midwest. Marathon offers credit, gift and fuel cards for use at these stations. Card users can pay their bills online after creating a payment profile through the digital financial company, Fiserv, at MyCheckFree.com.

1. Visit the Marathon Oil Corporation's website (marathon.com) and locate the links in the lower right-hand corner. Click on the link that says "Pay Your Bill." This brings you to Marathon's credit, gift and fuel card page.
2. Click on any of the red boxes that say "Pay My Bill." Doing so leads you to a page detailing Marathon's partnership with Fiserv.
3. Click on "Sign-Up" in the box at the upper right-hand corner. The link leads to Fiserv's MyCheckFree.com website. Creating a profile at this site allows users to pay their Marathon card bills online.
4. Click on the link that reads "Go Scout! Enroll," which brings you to an online registration form.
5. Enter and confirm your email address in the top two fields of the registration form. This serves as your sign-in ID for Marathon Oil.
6. Create a password that is 6-to-8 characters long with at least one letter and one number with no spaces. Enter it in the "Create a Password" field. Reenter it in the field below to confirm.
7. Type your ZIP code in the next blank field.
8. Choose a secret security question from the drop-down menu. Enter the answer to your secret question in the field below.
9. Read the terms and conditions. If you agree to them, click "Agree." If you do not agree to them, you cannot create a payment profile with Marathon Oil.
10. Check your email for a message that confirms the creation of your profile. Click the link contained in the email to activate your Marathon Oil profile.
