Instructions


1. Take a poll of coworkers that want to participate in your Biggest Loser Challenge.


In order to start planning for the weight loss challenge in the office, you'll need to know how many participants you will have.


2. Conduct a weigh in for participants.


The first part of the Biggest Loser Challenge in the workplace involves knowing your starting weight. This doesn't have to be a public event (good luck finding participants if you aren't keeping weight private!) but do make sure that everyone documents their starting weight officially.

4. Implement physical activity and diet tracking systems and information.


It's important to provide resources on diet and exercise for those who are not fitness savvy. Healthy recipes, exercise routines, dieting and blood pressure information are all good examples of helpful materials that would be helpful during a Biggest Loser Challenge.

6. Run the challenge again.
